Biden announced how things are shifting (deliberately so) and that there is going to be a New World Order, that we (America) is going to lead.
What Biden is not saying is that the New World Order is an older plan already drafted and that he is not going to lead it (he can’t lead himself to his own sock drawer). The agenda is already set, and it is a totalitarian One World Government.

America was the planned site of the New Atlantis according to Francis Bacon, and that thought continued by the Masonic founders. The New World Order was stamped on the dollar bill as a statement of the goal of the Elite of the United States.
In an address before the Business Roundtable’s Quarterly Meeting for the WEF, Biden addressed the war in Ukraine of Russia’s invasion, in which he stated,
We have significant opportunities to make some real changes
And now’s the time when things are shifting… There’s gonna be a New World Order out there and we’ve got to lead it and we’ve got to unite the rest of the free world [in] doing it.
But this New World Order goes beyond Biden. Both Bush’s also mentioned it in their Presidency, especially on Sept 11, 1990 when H.W. Bush announced it to the public. That was 11 years before 9/11 (several sequences of 11).

Ukraine’s administration also admitted they are defending the “New World Order.” Ukrainian member of Parliament Kira Rudik:
We are not only fighting for Ukraine, we are fighting for the New World Order’.
The idea is to cripple us so that we submit to this “Build Back Better” agenda, which is also related to the “Great Reset.”
