NYS has proposed a bill a416 prefilled by Nick Perry of the Assembly that states it can detain anyone a threat to health that the opinion of Governor Cuomo can determine. Anyone it deems a threat can be detained and quarantined to a detention facility of the State’s choice. The first beta test for the rest of us if this passes.
