We examine speculations about this military program known as Project Looking glass with a couple of eye-witess and third party accounts of testimony about this device that can see into the past and glimpse into the future. Is it real using the properties of Quantum Physics, or is it some metaphysical process of tapping into some sort of spiritual supernatural dimension?

I look at this beyond the technological claims of science because they themselves include New Age spirituality in their explanation.
We share the claims of Bill Wood (aka Bill Brockbrader) and David Wilcock who both had been in contact with eyewitnesses of this device.
Bill Wood began as special training in the military given Above Top Secret clearance into a specific level (not privy to alternative levels). He only knew what he was asked to do, which he didn’t really know why at first. He was asked to figure out the data of this Looking Glass to see if he could analyze it to decipher the timelines interlaced. He collected the information given him so we saw the testimony, and data of this machine, though did not experience the device operating first hand.
David Wilcock is a journalist, filmmaker, researcher who made a documentary 2012 Enigma. He explains it from a second hand account in that he reported what his eyewitnesses testified. Also had not experienced the operation firsthand.
The two similarities with these two testimonies is that both leap from science into metaphysics. That to me includes occult technology, Alchemy and hermetic practices, new age philosophy, and psychic power. They admit that to gain ultimate access to what the Looking Glass device offered, one should be tuned to psychic ability and higher consciousness. Even the ability to Astral Travel was necessary, which means one must be in an altered state of consciousness to view this.
All that tells me it is spiritual rather than physical. It jumps from being technological, to suggestion and supernatural. The participants have a conscious involvement to be suggested what is viewed. What they report to see in the future admitted to change once the present took place. Why is that? They say because the timelines offer a multiple of variables according to choice that could conclude in an unexpected result. What this tells me is they don’t know ANYTHING. It is subjective. Much like false prophecy telling you probability of what COULD happen (they pose it as WILL happen), then it changes when the time approaches.
The government Gateway Program has similarities in that it also conducted experiments into Astral Travel and Astral Projection.
