Plans are in place at the BIS and the W.H.O. to use COVID as jumpstart requirements for digital certification in order to participate in the economy.
We have come across documents at the BIS explaining such plans for digital cerfitication that enables a person to participate in the banking system as a CHIMERA. Central Bankers are urged by the BIS to step up efforts for this reality.
What will this mean? A lockout for those not compliant.

Biden made it aware in a speech, “Our patience is wearing thin” as he expresses in anger at the unvaccinated.

The CDC has taken into consideration several clinical studies conducted by the pharmaceuticals themselves, which were beta tests for the publicized distribution. We wonder if they were done voluntarily (knowingly) or conducted somewhat obscured secretly. History proves they could do either under experiemental cause (though skirting the Nuremberg Code).
Has the CDC claimed vaccines are failing? Some alternative sites are claiming those injected have become “superspreaders.” However, fact-check agencies counter those claims since it wasn’t really expressed that way. But when we consider what is admitted, they do show that those injected with the vaccine have been subject to a variant.
Wait a minute! We were promised that by getting the jab we could return back to normal as it was sufficient (safe and effective.” The CDC now admits that being “fully vaccinated” does not actually fight the “delta variant,” but instead contributes to more infections. Because of this, the CDC now wants all injected people to put back on their masks just like before they were vaccinated.
They admit vaccinated people have a tendency to carry more load of virus.
“In areas with substantial and high transmission,” announced CDC head Rochelle Walensky, vaccinated people should mask up to “help prevent the spread of the delta variant and protect others.” So did the vaccine work? No, because it doesn’t fight against new variants which will likely ALWAYS pop up. Therefore it requires additional “BOOSTERS” to keep up. So are the vaccines effective as they claim? Are they even safe?
BIS manager Agustin Carstens says cash is demonized. Central Bank will have absolute control to determine use of currency.
The plandemic used to further cripple society and condition compliance. They pose the vaccination passports as a means to initiate the “Going Direct Reset” (Blackrock and Vanguard). Central Banks are using excuse for vaccine passports for Digital ID to mandate the CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) for a social credit system. The BIS urges Central Banks to speed up efforts for this next phase.
The BIS, Central Banks, Pharmaceuticals, along with their ring-leaders Bill Gates and Rockefellers, have conspired a greater plan of using this “crisis” as a means to roll out the need for digital certification. It will determine the citizens’ ability to participate and be active in order to buy or sell. Check out my article on that.
