While flock cameras usage is argued from a necessary surveillance point of view accessible only on an “as needed” basis, we have proof that several agencies routinely monitor and hack in to collect information millions of times. It can be assumed that more than just “license readers” are active here.
Data Centers provide bigger access to information collecting it on large databases and servers. This also gives larger surveillance privilege to the State.
